Terms and Conditions

By booking a course through us you are agreeing to our terms and conditions.

In the event you wish to cancel your place before 6 weeks from the start of the courses, refunds will be given after all the courses have been held, minus a 20% administration fee. You must provide us with written confirmation before this is possible. Within six weeks of the course date, no refund will be given though a named substitution will be allowed.

In the event of exceptional circumstances, we withold the right to cancel the course at short notice and give a full refund to all candidates. We cannot be held responsible for any further costs incurred (travel & accommodation) and would urge candidates to take our adequate travel insurance.

After a period of 4 weeks following a course, if you require further/duplicate copies of any correspondance you will be charged £10.

You should expect to receive a confirmation letter and a receipt for your course fee within 2-3 working days from when we receive your application. Please allow for delays in the post, but should you not receive confimation within 5 days, please contact us via e-mail.
